Open the PCB Editor
../Output/<PCB name>-<PCB version>-GERB../Output/<PCB name>-<PCB version>-GERB in to a .zip fileIn the “Schematic Editor” -> “Tools” -> “Edit Symbol Fields”
Set the “Coloumn Label” to match the following:

../Output/Ref to DesignatorPosX to Mid XPosY to Mid YRot to Rotation Not entrily sure if “-90” needs to be change to “270”?Side to Layer should “bottom” to “Bottom” is not an issue.Change the first line:
Ref,Val,Package,PosX,PosY,Rot,Side
to:
Designator,Val,Package,Mid X,Mid Y,Rotation,Layer
JLC do offer automated software to do this for you, however you still need to set up the LCSC and JLC fields manually. I was also not conviced the software would work if you used a flatplack insulation. I did however use this page to set up all the above feilds along with example BOMs and placement files.
